Terms of Service
Effective date: July 22, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By using the Knoxville Bookkeeping website, you agree to these terms. If you become a client, the service agreement you sign with Accubooks, LLC controls over anything on this page wherever the two differ.
What we do
Accubooks, LLC provides bookkeeping, payroll processing, sales tax filing, and catch-up bookkeeping services to small and medium sized businesses. The specifics of any engagement — scope, pricing, timelines — live in your written quote or service agreement, not on this website.
No guarantee of outcomes
We commit to doing careful, accurate work. We cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes, tax results, or business results, and nothing on this website is accounting, tax, or legal advice for your specific situation until we are engaged and have reviewed your records.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, logo, and images — belongs to Accubooks, LLC or its licensors. You may not republish it without permission. Reports and deliverables we prepare for clients are governed by the client agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to send spam, attempt to break its security, misrepresent your identity, or submit false information through our forms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accubooks, LLC's total liability arising from your use of this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to hold Accubooks, LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of this website or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee. Before filing anything, please call us — most concerns can be worked out with a conversation.
Changes, severability, contact
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions? Call 423-227-1720 or visit us at 318 North Gay Street, Knoxville, TN 37917.
